Textbook Rental Program
When you are a college student, you are counting every penny
that you have.
So what better way to save money than to RENT YOUR TEXTBOOKS.
Taft College offers a textbook rental program where you can rent
the majority of your textbooks. Many courses also require workbooks that must be
purchased. Books can be picked up in person the week before classes begin. Check
the Cougar Corner Bookstore site for more
information and to see when books can be ordered online.
Here is what some of our students have to say about it:
"The rental program is great, Every college should have one-it
has saved me lots of money. I have been able to use the money I've saved for food, clothes,
gas and car repairs." Natalie
"It is an excellent program, I am from Detroit and have never
seen another program like it." Marquis
"It has been a lifesaver for me, it works just like a movie
rental. I get the book, pay a small rental fee and bring the book back when I am
done. I love it because I don't want to buy all of my books-I love renting them
for a fraction of the purchase price! Jessie
