Please complete the Transcript Request Form and forward it (along with any fees your prior institutions may charge for transcripts) to each of the schools you have previously attended. You may have official transcripts from other schools mailed to you, but you must deliver it unopened to the Taft College Admissions Department in order to have the transcript acknowledged by Taft College.
